Chiffon Cakes are these light and airy cakes that is usually perfect for tea times. However it is not easy to make a perfect chiffon cake as the slightest error can result it in being unsuccessful. Many factors affect the end result such as folding of the meringue into the batter, the temperature in the oven, the whipping of the meringue and so on. I have tried many times to make a perfect chiffon cake but it usually isn't satisfactory. This is a cake which I have made up my mind to perfect it with the hopes that it would one day come out light, airy and perfect.
