I learnt to make this absolutely wonderfully rich brownie coated with splendid chocolate ganache that day. It had pecan nuts in it and it was beautifully decorated with pistachios. In fact it looked so gorgeous that I couldn't bear to eat it. The technique used to create decorative patterns on the warm ganache was a little challenging and requires practice to get it right but it was interesting and enjoyable. I am looking forward to make the brownies again. I wonder what other patterns and decorations can I come up with the next time? Perhaps strawberries on the brownie would complement it perfectly!
