Dreamy Apple Tart

An Apple Tart with a golden tart shell, sweet apple fillings and layered with crisp sliced apples and an adorable scoop of Vanilla Ice-Cream sitting by the side is an ideal dessert for me after a long and hard day's work. The cold Vanilla Ice-Cream complements the warm Apple Tart and it is a dessert which seems to good to be true! I was searching through my recipe books the other day and found this excellent French Apple Tart recipe and I am eager to try making it soon. I intend to use the finest ingredients that I can find to make this simple dessert as I think quality and taste should not be compromised for such a classic dessert. Perhaps I should make my own Vanilla Ice-Cream as well? Probably I need a Ice-Cream Maker too...
